HOW
TO HELP
There
are so many ways that you can make a difference in someone's life.
Your help makes it possible for LCAC to continue its mission in
the Lorton community. Each person has something to give back and
listed below are some ways to do so:
- Make a financial
contribution online through the Network
for Good donation page. All transactions are made through
a secure server. If you prefer, you can mail a check directly
to LCAC. Your financial contribution
will help support the wide array of programs and services offered
to individuals and families in the Lorton community.
- Volunteer your time to help support the mission and goals of LCAC. Check for current volunteer opportunities by clicking here: Students Adults Fill out our adult volunteer application or student community service application and submit to: Volunteer Coordinator, LCAC, Box 154, Lorton, VA 22199 or E-mail Kathy Noone. LCAC depends on the hundreds of volunteers who generously donate their time to help us continue our service to the community. We could not do it without our volunteers.
- Donate
needed resources to LCAC. We are always in need of items, which
is why we created our Wish List. Please
look on our Wish List page for ideas on
donations to LCAC. Our seasonal needs include back to school donations,
Thanksgiving baskets and Christmas baskets and gifts. Donations
for clothing, furniture and other miscellaneous items are accepted
at our Act II Thrift Shop.
